Hello, my name is Lindsey- a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who takes a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care, getting to know you, your experiences, and what matters most to you. I provide medication management, supportive therapy, and integrative approaches for adults and older adults, with a particular interest in women’s mental health and midlife transitions.
